Practical AI and automation, built around your business.

From document processing and approvals to reporting and information access, we help Canadian businesses evaluate and implement improvements that make operational and financial sense.

Where we can help

Start with the work, not the technology.

We look for bottlenecks in everyday operations, then determine whether process changes, existing software, conventional automation, or AI provide the best approach.

01 / Documents

Handle information with less effort.

Assess workflows involving invoices, purchase orders, forms, PDFs and email attachments, including validation and exception handling.

02 / Workflows

Reduce repetitive handoffs.

Explore improvements to approvals, data entry, follow-ups and information moving between teams or systems.

03 / Knowledge

Make information more useful.

Help teams locate trusted business information and use it appropriately for reporting, coordination and decisions.

A clear way to begin

One decision at a time.

We separate the first conversation, paid evaluation, and implementation so you can make each decision with a clear understanding of the commitment.

01 / Free conversation

Discuss the challenge.

Request a 20-minute conversation about one operational problem. No preparation or commitment required.

02 / Paid Workflow Sprint

Test what's worthwhile.

We define a bounded investigation, agree the fixed fee and inputs, and deliver an evidence-based recommendation.

03 / Separate implementation

Put a solution to work.

If you choose to proceed, we scope implementation, responsibilities, controls, costs and acceptance criteria separately.

Our initial paid engagement

The Workflow Sprint.

One business process. Fixed scope. A price agreed before work begins.

A Sprint is typically planned for five to ten business days, subject to agreed access, complexity and scope. It is a paid engagement, distinct from the free introductory conversation.

What you'll receive

  • A concise map of the existing workflow and its constraints.
  • One or more practical improvement options and a feasibility verdict.
  • A small demonstration where feasible, or documented technical findings when not.
  • Likely dependencies, risks, estimated implementation costs and a recommended next step.

The exact deliverables and fee are documented in the proposal. A production implementation is not included in the Sprint.

We recommend the appropriate approach, including simpler process or rules-based automation when AI is not justified. Funding suitability is assessed where relevant, but financial support is never assumed.
